Every event is different: internal meetings, public conferences, press launches or large international conventions. In pre-production, our camera crews define with you what should be filmed, which sessions are essential and how the footage will be used afterwards. Our crews can follow the full schedule or concentrate on plenary sessions, keynotes, panel discussions and networking moments.

Many events are now live and online at the same time. We can provide camera feeds for streaming, record clean versions of presentations or create a summary of the entire day. This allows you to share content with people who could not attend and to reuse key moments after the event is over.

According to your priorities, we can put more emphasis on speakers, audience reactions, exhibition areas or side activities such as workshops, live demos and interviews with guests and sponsors. The final edit is designed to work both as a memory of the event and as a tool for future promotion.

Event videos for web, social media and internal use

In post-production we edit highlight videos, full-length recordings of selected sessions, short clips for social media and longer versions for internal communication or training. From a single event video production we can deliver different assets for website, newsletters, presentations and next year’s campaign.

Our editors take care of picture edit, colour, audio mix, graphics and subtitles. When events have an international audience, we can add multilingual subtitles or alternative language tracks. We can also supply still frames and short extracts for press releases and post-event summaries.
